The birth of surfing and the soul of surfing is in Hawaii. In 1778, Captain James Cook's third expedition to the pacific was when the first record of surfing was discovered in Hawaii. In the first account, Captain Cook stated the Hawaiians to be almost amphibious and they seem to feel a great pleasure in the motion which this exercise gives. The Hawaain Soul brand aims to bring back that feeling and put the fun back into surfing. Drawing on influences from the history of surfing, combined with new era technologies and designs, Hawaiian Soul Surfboards, creates board to make sure you get the most from your sessions. The squash tail is for stability and exceptional manoeuvrability, keeping buoyancy in the tail to help catch waves. The boards are all round mini mal 's with a progressive template. Resulting in an excellent wave count due to low level rocker which also makes for an easy paddling board. The gloss finish with wood veneer detail creates a retro feel, and looks fantastic.
