The whole story behind the famous Micro Scooter started over 15 years ago when a former banker, Wim Ouboter needed a solution to reduce his journey time from his office to his favourite take-away. Unable to find a product that suited his specific needs, he decided to take matters into his own hands and construct the first foldable mini scooter. In no time at all this unusual form of transportation was being used by all the kids in the neighbourhood and became an huge attraction. This led Wim’s wife to see some potential in this design and the production of Micro Scooters soon began.
Micro Scooters are a popular accessory around the world and are used by adults and children alike. They are so popular that even some familiar faces have been spotted with them. Cruz Beckham, Claudia Schiffer's daughter, Liam Gallagher's son and Kate Hudson’s son have all been seen out and about enjoying their Micro Scooters.
