Movement Skis and Movement Ski Poles

In the late 90's Movement Skis emerged from 'Wild Duck Snowboards', which was originally set up in the early 80's by 3 friends. As the years went on one of the original owners, Serge Baud, and his business partner Richard Cattaneo created the Movement brand, which was born in 1999. In 2002 the first set of Movement skis was released. A full three years of research and development, fuelled by over 20 years of experience as skiers and developers, went into making these skis. Every ski in Movement's range uses a full wood core from tip to tail. All of the wood cores are sourced from FSC or PEFC certified forests to ensure re-plantation and a sustainable supply of wood.
