We're huge fans of the water here at Surfdome.com and while we use our boards, boats and sometimes ropes to stay above it, we love using the fins and snorkels of the snorkelling department to let us under it. There is a sense of freedom you can get from snorkelling that is hampered by the cumbersome air tanks and wrappings that scuba diving brings with it and that alone is worth the effort. But what makes snorkelling so much more attractive than it's more famous brother, is the fact that it's so simple to do and so inexpensive to start up, there's really no excuse not to give it a try.
