King Of Dirt Rules
We love to bring you the best in British so it just stands to reason that we’d be stoked for the King of Dirt mountain bike series. All through the summer King of Dirt will be bringing you the best MTB dirt jumps that you’ll see anywhere in the country. Last weekend saw the cream of the British crop take to two wheels at PORC in Penhurst, Kent, for the King of Dirt round 1.2 part of the series to compete and showcase some astounding moves.

Upside down seems to be the natural state for these riders
We’ve a video from BigAirMedia showing the action from PORC and illustrating just what you can achieve with a massive amount of practice.

This year the series has a new major sponsor who have been a growing name in the MTB community for supporting and sponsoring some of the worlds most impressive and challenging sports events. Drift action cameras are fast becoming the standard for downhill and dirt trail biking due to their incredible quality and their ability to withstand serious bails.

Maybe try this at home? Actually no. Definitely do not.
Whatever your favourite sport is, if there is a King of Dirt event happening near you then we can’t recommend heading along to it enough. Spectacular aerials, flips and gravity mocking air are all par for the course at these rounds. The next one, round 3 is going to be staged at FJ Trails, part of the renowned Farmer Johns MTB Park in Marple Bridge. This is on the 28th-29th of July so mark it down now and make sure you’re free that weekend. With this event you can even camp on site so why not really go for it and get some camping gear, a few mates and discover why bikes and dirt make such a good pairing.
