Role:
Due to expansion we require Bi-lingual French and German Customer Services Advisors. Based in our Wembley office, the successful candidates will be required to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or via email
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Perform Data Protection
- Processing orders, record details of actions taken
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Keep notes of customer interactions and transactions, record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
- Follow up on customer queries and questions
Education & Experience Required:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Have a basic understanding of processing orders, stock management, managing backorders and next day delivery services.
- Product knowledge would be a strong advantage
- High school education or equivalent
