Park, Park or Park… The Gloss board brings you a board that’s freestyle focused, so you can get creative and have fun on the mountain. The Gloss is a directional twin, the construction of the board is a true twin making riding regular or switch easy and predictable on either side. The twin shape is great for park sessions and jibbing around, whilst the directional tips give the board a directional style. The core is symmetrical throughout the board to give you even flex and performance. The Gloss core is made up of aspen and paulownia to create a strong board which remains lightweight.
The Gloss has a soft to medium flex which gives the board a loose surfer like feel, this is great for someone who prefers a flexible feel or someone who is in the learning stages of boarding. The hybrid C2e profile blends the best of camber and rocker. Rocker in-between the feet gives the board lift in powder, a skate like feel and makes the board easier to manoeuvre on the slopes. Whilst camber on the outside of the bindings give you lots of pop for park laps, increased power and faster edge to edge transition. Within the construction the Gloss has a blend of Bi-Ax and Tri-Ax fiberglass which allows the board to be both flexible and responsive. The Gloss is at home in the park, but you can still take it out on the groomers and powder to really let it rip. The ECO extruded base is fast and easy to maintain if you bring home a few digs as souvenirs from your trip. A GNU board wouldn’t be a GNU board unless it features Magne-traction edges. These are serrated along both the heel and toe to give you the superb bite into the hardpack snow and ice. These edges improve your edge hold to give you increased confidence when riding multiple terrain.
