Dig deep on the groomers and displace powder with the Men's Excavator snowboard, this snowboard is catered towards intermediate level riders due to its stiffer flex level. Its directional shape combined with a setback and rocker in the nose is perfect for riding over powder. As the profile is a little bit wider you can ride this board 5cm shorter than usual, whilst giving you same the performance as a regular long board with less swing weight.

The Excavator board is packed with top end tech to give you the best performance such as a new S1 core, Carbon stringers, Carbon Power Forks and a sintered base

Directional Shape: This shape is created through a tapered tail, 0.75 setback, directional profile and a carbon power fork. This shape is created to give you the best performance when the nose is pointed downhill

Directional Combination Camber Profile: This directional profile gives you the benefits of camber and rocker to suit a wide range of terrain. Elongated rocker in the nose of the board adds lift over powder and helps you initiate turns with a more catch free ride. Camber between the bindings add pop for power for a lively ride whilst adding stability for high-speed boarding. This placement of camber increases the contact length with the snow to increase edge hold for carving down the hardpack

S1 Core: Smooth flexing and durable the S1 Core is made from three renewable timber species - Bamboo, Aspen, and Paulownia. Aspen and Bamboo work together to highlight the snap and response of this wood and a Bamboo-dominant underfoot section at 30° to increase strength, supercharge the edge-to-edge response, and increase the pressure distribution along the edge. K2 have also placed lightweight paulownia in the tip and tail to help to reduce swing weight

ICG 10 Biax Glass with Carbon: Biax Glass is a standard fiberglass layer used in snowboards to provide durability whilst allow the natural torsional flex of the board. This layer has been enhanced with carbon stringers whilst run the full length of the board, adding pop and power for a lively feeling underfoot

Carbon Power Fork: The Carbon Power Fork is shaped to drive energy from your back binding to the edges of the tail, adding snap and response. Carbon is super lightweight yet increase the durability of the board tail

Wax Infused Sintered 4001 Base: Built using the hardest and fastest Sintered base material on the market from Crown, the Wax-Infused Sintered 4001 holds wax longer than other Sintered bases for a smoother glide, longer

Sno-Phobic Top Sheet: This directional fiber top sheet sheds snow and keeps extra weight off your board, reducing fatigue

Volume Shift: The volume in the nose and tail has been moved toward the centre of the board, resulting in increased control. Do to the volume shift you can ride this board 3 - 5 cm short than usual whilst retaining the same performance and float of a traditional board
