New for 2019/20, the Vega blends the creativity of a freestyle board with the freedom of a backcountry board. The Vega is aimed towards intermediate to advanced riders who enjoy being experimental in the powder and pushing themselves on the mountains. The Directional shape with a 20mm tapered tail gives the nose extra lift to float over powder, assisted by the directional camber and early rise in the nose. Camber gives the board extra pop for those freestyle sessions; on the groomers the camber has improved edge hold and it will give you quicker edge to edge transitions. The pure poplar wood core is ultralight and has consistent flex from the tip and tail. Carbon inserts in the tail give it extra power when charging down the mountain, pop for ollies and improved edge hold. No matter what type of terrain your riding or the weather conditions the Koski has a sintered 7200 base with a stone grind finish which will keep you gliding over the flat, smashing through the crud and floating over powder.
