There is nothing better than grabbing your skateboard, bmx, blades or scooter and hitting a skatepark after the day’s work is done. But as any skater knows, decent bmx and skate parks are sadly in short supply.
So when we heard that the free Ealing Skatepark were celebrating their brand new £85,000 bmx track, Surfdome decided to go along and record some of the action.
Check out our video of the day’s best tricks and bails.

We also took along some Surfdome goodies to give away including stickers, DVDs, caps, t-shirts, a Fracture skateboard and a Slamm scooter.

It was a huge turnout, with some people pulling insane tricks, proving that those half pipes are working like a dream. The new BMX track especially proved popular, featuring forty jumps, all which cater to everyone from beginners to experienced riders. Local bikers will be able to practice their skills and test their abilities, with plenty of space for friendly competition.
