Surfdome are joining the panel at Adventure Uncovered for their first live event on the 30th of October in London.
Adventure uncovered‘s mission is to promote remarkable, responsible journeys that accelerate social and environmental awareness and change. In essence – Get out there, enjoy it, protect it!
This mission resonated deeply with us here at Surfdome, so naturally we are stoked to be involved in the event. We love hearing about our customers adventures and how we have helped with supplying the right kit, but nothing makes us more enthused than when we hear in some way have inspired others to look after the places we visit.
So whats the event all about? And should you head along? (Yes!)

Surfdome is really pleased to be joining the founder of the #2MinuteBeachClean, as many of you know we are a key supporter of the movement. Martin Dorey and our own Adam Hall will deliver the ‘Taking Action: Sustainability and Empowerment in Everyday Life’ section.
We have a shared the stage numerous times with Martin, who is a fun and charismatic presenter, as our paths to prevent and reduce marine litter have been linked for years. We will talk about making sustainable consumer choices, like using our sustainable gear listing to help influence product manufacture and also our path to eliminating the equivalent plastic from our operations as 1.2 million bottles.
Martin will talk about how a simple hastag has spread across the world, with hundreds of thousands of users. Empowering them to make a little difference on every visit to the beach with a #2MinuteBeachClean.
The depth and breadth of the other presenters that evening, all are set to have you running out the door to your next adventure and some we have covered here at Surfdome before – such as the amazing Cal Major from Paddle Against Plastic.
