United by a deep affiliation with the sea, distinguished by their unique styles and approaches, these surfers stand for everything Surfdome. Meet Kernow charger Seb Smart, fleet-footed Izzy Henshall, and Aussie ripper Vittoria Farmer.
Seb Smart
Seb is a freesurfer from Sennen on the very tip of Cornwall, and part of Vans Europe’s eclectic wave-riding roster. Not really one for the constraints of competition, he’s better known for his creative lines, unruly charm, and guts-and-glory heroics in heaving beachbreaks.
Izzy Henshall
Another native of the Penwith peninsula, Izzy surfs with a rare grace and poise, a subtle economy of movement, and supremely fleet feet. She’s a joy to watch. When not perched on the nose of her single-fin log, she takes lovely photos.
Vittoria Farmer
The uber-talented Vittoria hails from the Sunshine Coast, Australia, but traded in sand-bottom points and warm climes for hooded fullsuits and Irish slabs. (Check out “Other Land“, her latest short film, for an insight into that journey.) She alternates between blowing minds in Ireland all winter and saving lives in Cornwall during summer.
