Oi Mate! a new Australian snowboard series

Boardworld and Olliepop Films present Oi Mate! – a new Australian snowboard series. Proudly supported by Forum Snowboards, FYVE Snowboards, Mint Tours, Rhythm Snowboard Shop and Perisher.

Oi Mate! follows Mitch Williams, Matt Sedunary, Charlie Steinbacher, Tom Reilly, Harley Trivic and Mat Galina as they meander around Australia in search of the good terrain and shred spots to create the best winter of all time. Episode 1 takes us to Thredbo Resort, Jindabyne, Perisher Resort and Falls Creek Alpine Resort. Watch them in some urban rails, crazy jumps and cruise with comfort and style through the skate park; and because it is filmed in Australia you are right to expect a couple of kangaroo filler shots.

In the last episode, the spots exuded style when the guys ride their boards and popped some super tricks. Enjoy watching Nate Johnstone’s early morning pipe hits, before spending the day at Thredbo and then later moving back to Perisher with the amazing Matt Sedunary.

The snow season in Australia is over for this year, but we’re waiting for more episodes next year. We highly recommend the episodes 1 and 4 which left us in awe, but all videos are definitely worth checking out. Whether you’re into snowboarding or not you will definitely turn green with envy!
