Surfboard wax, often shortened to surf wax, is a type of wax you apply to the top side of a surfboard, longboard or skimboard for grip. There's both an art and a science to the perfect wax job, but one of the most important things is the make sure you're choosing the right wax type for the water temperature you'll be riding in. We stock a great range of synthetic and natural waxes for cold water (for water temperatures below 20°C/68°F), cool water (for water temperatures between 18-26°C/64-78°F), warm water (for water temperatures between 21-29°C/70-84°F) and tropical water or base coat wax (for water temperatures 26°C/78°F and above), so no matter where in the world you are, we've got a great range of surfboard waxes for you to choose from.
