The Funslinger is a freestyle focused all mountain board which has a playful feel. The true twin profile lets you unleash your creative freestyle side on the slopes, the symmetrical shape means that the nose and tail behave in the same way so you can flit between riding regular or switch. The Funslinger board combines a soft flex with a press flex core, this combination creates a hinge in the centre of the board making it easier to press and perform ollies.
The profile on the Funslinger is a hybrid between rocker and camber, rocker in the centre adds stability to the board whilst aggressive camber underfoot give you lots of pop and superb edge hold. This profile works for all mountain riding and gives you top performance in the park. To increase the responsiveness of the board, carbon V’s run from the outside of the bindings to the tips. Extra carbon drives power through the board, reduces torsional twist and allows you to load up for maximum pop.
As a freestyle focused board, the Funslinger is equipped for big jumps and hard landings. FDS dampening along the edges and harmonic dampers in the nose and tail absorb shock and give the board a smooth feel. Park riding is bound to knock your board around a bit, but thankfully the sintered P-Tex sidewalls are the toughest out there and maintain their durability in the coldest temperatures. Outside of the park the Funslinger still performs, elastomeric stabilizers underfoot add stability for when your charging down groomers. If you want extra speed the sintered base is hardwearing, and this keeps you gliding over the longest flats.
